Information About Online Sessions

Online sessions (facilitation sessions, Symphony sessions) will be done over Zoom.

Zoom has become increasingly common these days, but if you’re not familiar, no worries! Here are my instructions for getting set up with ease...

Make a Zoom Account

First, you can get the Zoom app from zoom.us.

You can simply sign up for the free version... so in the menu along the top of the page, select "Plans & Pricing"...

... then under the Basic / Free option, click "Sign Up".

Enter your information to create your Zoom account.

Download Zoom

You can download Zoom here or navigate to the "Resources" tab of the top menu and then click "Download Center" in the bottom left of the popup menu.

You can then select the desktop or mobile version... and then follow the instructions to install the app.

Accessing Your Session

You will receive an email with the link to join the Zoom meeting for your session.

Simply click on the link in the email, enter your login information on the Zoom app, and you should be good to go!
